Did a little googling on this guy. He was a track star...but Rivals projected him as only a 2 star.
Nobody big recruited him and he had a pretty mediocre career at East Carolina...although part of the problem...he was injured much of the time.
Now I watch this guy run and he's like a slalum skiier on a football field.
Tennessee took him as the 24th pick in the first round a few years ago. They sure knew what they were doing.
He has a chance to break the all time rushing record for a single season.

Tennessee has ALWAYS drafted well. When the Browns left, I became a Oilers/Titans fans because of Eddie George, then I fell in love with Air McNair and his playing abilities...
They truly are a great organization, but it seems every year they have the team to win it all, they run into another team who is just better.. (St Louis, Baltimore, New England, etc...)
I still follow them closely though..

After Chris Brown didn't pan out I was worried about the RB position. LenDale White is a great power back but he lacked any real explosion. Chris Johnson is the PERFECT compliment to Vince Young.

For as much as Rivals gets it right they get it wrong too.

Chris Brown looked promising, but he could never stay healthy, always having ankle/turf toe injuries..Trueblue23 wrote: After Chris Brown didn't pan out I was worried about the RB position.
