This is a good thing, but they should go up a level.
It should be mandatory by law for everyone under the age of 40 and above the age of 6 or so to do some type of activity for 60 minutes a day...im sick and tired of fat people.

I like this program too.

In regards to the Play 60 program I think it's a good program for the kids. Would be really hard to make it into a law like S&L wants though. I just don't see any logical way for that to pass.

For the record, I'm fat and started a diet with my wife today. I like the program but to force people (as S&L suggested) to have to exercise is and should be illegal. That's why a public healthcare bill is ludicrous. If you're not going to make it illegal to be unhealthy, I want no part in paying for healthcare for people. Same with smoking and drinking as they are both unhealthy behaviors. (I smoke and drink too, so I'm the pot calling the kettle black, but I'm paying my own insurance and my own Dr. bills, so the rest of you can eat shit before telling me how to live) I'm not trying to lose weight and quit smoking for anyone's benefit but my own and maybe my daughter's.
