I don't understand. Your question "does it work with blu ray DVDs?" doesn't make sense in and of itself. Now if you are asking if it works with blu ray discs, it begins to make more sense, but still is fairly unclear. What are you trying to do? Rip a bluray disc? If so, then no I don't believe it does that.
