I have a couple of older grandmas to buy for that are REALLY difficult. You know the drill, they have everything already and don't need anything. Can't get restaurant gift cards because they don't like to go out to eat. Have every kitchen gadget under the sun. Don't need clothes. They don't go far from the house. They have a zillion picture frames. All the cozy blankets they could use. HELP. Any creative ideas.

If they are religious and really don't need anything, you could make a donation to some needy organization in their name.

My stepdad's mom likes vintage purses so my mom always tries to find a nice one. Do they collect anything?

Thats what I do for the few people I buy christmas gifts for. My family isn't religious AT ALL so christmas was never a big deal growing up. I started doing this few years ago and its awesome bc no one can bitch or complain about it without looking like a jerk.

Out of respect I'm refraining from the Talledega Nights answer.
Grandmas are always tough to buy for...what about like a one day bus trip for her and a friend? Alot if times they're relatively inexpensive.
