I'll next day air this list to Santa on 12/23.
List the ONE (main) item you want and are asking for Christmas this year. Post a picture if applicable.

Jk...I'm actually not asking for anything in particular. I would go with a remote car starter if I could, though.

Get the Char-broil Big Easy. Trust me.
No oil needed and it tastes as good as, if not better than, any deep fried turkey I've ever had.
As for me, I've got no idea (for a realistic item). Ideally I'd get a new tv for my office. The Panasonic 42" G25 to be exact.

I'm on my third Thanksgiving with mine. One of the best purchases I have made.

I did an injection the first year, some cajun-butter injection. I also did a cajun rub that year. I moved away from cajun as it was too spicy for most people.
I've been doing a rub the last two years with bay leaves, garlic powder, pepper, thyme, oregano, and creole seasoning. I also brine it in a mix of water, minced garlic, salt, worchestershire sauce and brown sugar.

I've yet to brine. Always injected and rubbed. Is there a noticeable difference?

I have always read that brining is the most important part.
