Why in the Hell would you want to jump into a skankky (no offense, skank) dirty ass lake with 34 degree weather outside? It's hard telling what type of bacteria, turds and other crud you stepped into. Hope it was worth it.

The water in Mirror Lake is as clean and pristine as the water Jesus turned into wine. It has healing properties, some say it may actually be the fountain of youth...

blasphemy

Its a bunch of 18-22 year old kids that are so drunk they wont even remember half the night.

I did it when I was an undergrad at OSU and I had a blast.

I'm not a fan of the jump being on a Tuesday though, it goes against tradition. If we lose this game I'm blaming you pesky kids

So far so good. I usually wore an old pair of shoes and a pretty thick liquid coat.

Thats garbage. I'm a grad student at OSU so I get all the emails warning students not to jump blah blah blah

BTW: How cold was it? It didnt seem like it was nearly as cold as it has been in previous years

For the better good long term I think. This game being pushed back is good for the Big 10, especially with a conference championship game in years to come. Might have to go along with the program on this one unfortunately.

I haven't been in that mess since '86, good times.

I did it for the third time yesterday. In light of the recent popularity on here, I started the night off with a Four Loko. Obviously I had an awesome time after that lol!

Many students (as you would know) head home and get back Fri for the weekend. I didnt like it at first either, but for the overall fun, the more the merrier!!

wish I would have done it.

Don't go to OSU but know people that do and I'm a hardcore Buckeye, just never took the chance

I fell into one of those small wells of water (I think it was a well) after taking about two steps out of the lake. My roommate rolled the shit out of his ankle running up to the lake.
