Just noticed that it comes up whenever you give an infraction to anyone, even if they have zero points. Only use it if they have accumulated 2 or 3 already, depending on the offender and the severity.

Well...when I gave rock an infraction...it would not let me submit the infraction until I put a length of ban in. I think he did have 3 points already...not sure if that makes a difference.

Yeah, the only time I have done something with that is when I hit submit on an infraction, and the system flags it and forces me to ban if I want to continue. I had that with bases_loaded.

I don't get it. Give me the POWA!!!
