I would SMH at this, yet there isn't a better option at SF. I suppose Jamison or JJ but that would be killed defensively.

Pacers off a big win @ Miami are in a good position for a let-down. Id expect the Pacers to be right there all night, but Cavs pull away in the last 6 minutes or so.
