I'm intrigued by the Kinect. My sister's family bought one and I guess they love it. I'll get to check it out next week.

Please update on your thoughts...
I played with my ps move a little last night. Looks like I need another motion controller to get the real feel of the archery. I bowled a little but that's the same as the wii.
I want to try fighting game, it looks sweet.

I've never messed with Kinect yet, but PS3 move is awesome. I have a Wii also and IMO its better. I'm guessing Wii's selling numbers will definitely be affected.

What kind of games do you have for the move Auto? I will get one eventually but wasn't really impressed with the games available, except for Tiger Woods. I already have that so I'd assume the version I have isn't compatible with the move?

If this was 3-4 months ago, I would have said Move.
Based on consumer reviews and watching videos, etc., I am now more interested in Kinect....Both seem better than the Wii though.

Kinect and Move will both be pretty awesome when they mature (IE: Developers learn what works well with their types of control schemes and make some sweet games).
I'd argue both are a step up from what the Wii offers.
Kinect definitely has a step up in the media capabilities, the navigation with your hand is really cool and the voice commands work pretty well too.
Move will be better for certain things as well at least until developers begin making Kinect games that also use the standard controller (which they can do).
If you have a PS3 or Xbox or both I'd suggest looking into getting one or both of them. Especially as new and interesting games come out that make use of their capabilities.

Is PS3 the only model of the three that is also a blu-ray player? I am looking for the following things from a system. Blu-ray, Wi-Fi Browser, ability for a child under 10 to play motion games. It now appears to me that PS3 is my best bet. I did like Wii ability to download old Nintendo games.

PS3 is the only one that is also a Blu-Ray player. That is correct.
Find out what games your child really likes because that might be helpful. If they are a big Mario fan or something then obviously the Wii might be a good idea. If they have a bunch of friends with Xbox 360s or something then perhaps think that direction. If they don't have a must have franchise or if they don't have a bunch of friends with one console then the PS3 sounds like it'd be a good fit.
None of them have particularly good web browsing experiences and the Xbox doesn't have one at all. If you want to look at the internet a lot on your tv you'd be best advised to look outside of the current console offerings. If it's just an occasional use thing then they'd probably work fine.
