What teams will be participating in the Ken Ash Invitational next Saturday?

The Ken Ash Invitational is held at Licking Heights High School. It is a good little season opener...lets the new kids get their feet wet at the high school level, and lets the veterans knock a little rust off.
I don't know the teams attending this year for sure, but it probably won't change much from last year. Last years attendees were, in order of their finish, Canal Winchester, Licking Heights, West Holmes, Licking Valley, Whitehall, Westerville Central, Zane Trace, Bishop Hartley, Northland.

A cursory check of the teams listed as having attended last year shows that Licking Valley, West Holmes, and Canal will all be elsewhere. We require Bo Ramsey for the answer...Cruiser, get out and recruit him for freehuddle. Simpson, it's late bud, the composite schedule can wait till Monday, get some sleep.

I was asking because I noticed that 4 teams (Licking Valley, Bishop Hartley, Canal Winchester and West Holmes) are not going to be in attendance. Based on their posted schedules. Just wondering who the (new) other teams will be.

Wow....I guess you can completely disreguard my previous post. I have a couple emails sent to ksig, so I will post the tournament info as soon as I recieve it.

O.k. - These are the teams that I have been informed are attending the '09 Ken Ash Invitational-

Licking Heights, Westerville Central, Whitehall, Zane Trace, Franklin Heights, Northland, Grove City.

Pioneersfan- Zane Trace is definately at Circleville this Saturday?

Looks like our tournament got 'watered down' a bit from last year, but should be decent event, and maybe an opportunity for some "B" wrestlers to get quality mat time.

Yeah, we are definitely at Circleville. I was pretty excited when i saw this on our schedule because it is a lot of good competition.

I am assuming that if there are only 6 teams that it will be a round robin format. Would that be a correct assumption?

I have it on pretty good authority it will be a Duals Tournament.

I believe the LH Hornets went 3-2 by beating Whitehall, 45-28, Franklin Heights, 56-15, and Northland, 56-12 and losing to Grove City, 51-21, and Westerville Central, 45-36. LH also got second place.

I will post more complete results when I get them.
