Pistol hunting…anyone
I have not hunted in 45 year or more ( did a lot when I was younger living with my grandpa). I’m a pistol enthusiast and enjoy going to the range. I have been thinking about going hunting with my pistol (Sig 45 and a Sig 9mm).
Has anyone in the Chatter ever hunted with a pistol before?

Been debating on taking Dad's .44 Redhawk durning gun season this year. But I'm a horrible shot.

I have a friend that hunts a lot he always takes a pistol just in case of coyotes. But he never hunted deer with a pistol. From reading it would be a lot like bow hunting where you have to get close and a clear shot.Scarlet_Fever;563094 wrote:Been debating on taking Dad's .44 Redhawk durning gun season this year.
