Washington is a schizo organization. Give the guy a huge contract just after pulling him from a crucial moment in a game because he is out of shape/he doesn't know the two-minute offense/Grossman gave the team a better chance to win/etc.

wow. Seems like a boneheaded move to me, but he has provided them with a little stability at the position. He also is largely responsible for them being "okay" instead of "downright awful". But that doesn't mean you lock him up long term
