THE California Supreme Court has ruled unanimously that illegal immigrants may continue to receive in-state tuition at California colleges and Universities.
The decision overturns a lower court ruling.

California citizens deserve every single problem that they are having for electing the stupid idiots to that state. I can't wait for the day the big earthquake hits and that state sinks into the ocean.

Apparently California tax payers don't care, they keep going along with this crap. Can you imagine being a U.S. citizen who wants to go to school out of state to California and paying more for tuition than an illegal alien? It's bullshit.

Haha that is absurd. Granted the whole state is screwed up, but if you aren't a CITIZEN how the hell can you get in-state tuition? I can't get in state tuition by moving to a state so how the hell should they get anything.

Californians don't vote for Supreme Court judges. If you think people here in CA aren't pissed as hell at these piece of shit judicial activists, you're not paying attention.

Yes, you can.
You only have to live in the State full-time for 2 years to be eligible for in-state tuition.

They do vote for the ultra liberal politicians who appoint these judges. The people of California have no one to blame but themselves.

Did the Supreme Court of California make this decision? If so, then i'm pretty sure 6 of the 7 judges were appointed by Republicans. I might be wrong, though, never really followed California that closely.

All but one of the judges were appointed by Republican governors. Sad but true.

Actually, all that does is show how liberal republicans are in that state.
