Guess Cowboys needed the former not the latter

man i loved wade phillips, he's just too nice of a guy to deal with players in the NFL. But the team did look motivated to play last night, i'm glad they came out with a win.

Do not like Cowboys but they played some inspired ball yesterday.
I like Dez as well, the way he one hands the ball and swats people with the other cracks me up.

Living here in Texas, I personally believe Garrett undercut Phillips all year to get the job.
