What do you want do to? I lived there for 3 years. Depending on what you wanna eat I can give you restaurant suggestions. Things to do off the top of my head... Beach, Fort Sumter is cool as hell, The Yorktown is there but I have never been aboard, walk around downtown, carriage tour (never done it), Ghost tours at night (R rated tour was the coolest one I've done...Bulldog Tours), The market has all sorts of crap to buy, if you like tea there is a tea plantation about 30 minutes away (only one in America), the original sweet tea vodka started there and I think you can go to the place its made which may be a winery, Isle of Palms is cool to see, there are the Tanger outlets 10 minutes outta downtown, I can't think of anything else right now, what do you want to do?
Restaurants I like:
BBQ- Jim n Nicks - has amazing biscuits, good bbq (not Southern styke reakky) and awesome sweet tea.
Hometeam BBQ- more southern style, pulled pork wrap is awesome.
There is a real southern BBQ place that was on Anthony Bourdain about an hour away, but itso nly open on Fridays and Saturdays.
Italian- Bocci's
Southern- Poogans Porch is good- fried alligator app is solid.
I like eating at California Dreamin'. Awesome salid that comes with meal, with bacon dressing.
Eat some she-crab soup somewhere. It is perfected down here.
Downtown- Magnolia's (any of those good restaurants on East Bay are awesome)
not downtown- Sesame Burgers and Beer. USed to have $3 half pound burgers on Tuesdays. Grind their own meat, make their own mayo, ketchup, pickles, and mustard. Sooo good.
I have nightlife advice too if you want it, and more restaurants. Chucktown is an awesome town. There is a Browns bar inside of Ashley River Lanes in Mount Pleasant, if you wanted to watch the Browns with fellow fans today.

Went golfing today at Rivertowne. It was great. Even saw a couple big alligators.
Apparently there's a pub that's the place to watch the Steelers game at tonight so we're doing that.

There is some cheap golf at the Muni in West Ashley, if you were interested. You could also drive to Kiawah if you wanted to play a nice course, but it is expensive.

When I was down there, I loved the Noisey Oyster. Also check out Moe's Tavern. From what I can remember check out Sumter, the USS Yorktown, and the old jail tour.
