OC guys that lift, what does your weekly work-out regiment look like?

Mine goes like this:

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Biceps, forearms
Wednesday- Legs, abs
Thursday- Triceps, shoulders
Friday- Back
Saturday- Some legs, biceps, shoulders and triceps

I do crunches and try to ride a bike every night after work-out. And I have been doing so with no supplements, except protein shakes 3 times a day. I have also quit drinking soda and have gone to fast food once a week (guilty pleasure on the weekend).

Any input? Am I doing anything wrong as far as how I am working out during the week?

Kinda/sorta follow the BFS program, increasing weight every time out. Even if it's only 1/2 pound, it's increasing.

I went that route (mostly circuit training) in my young 20's, and I loved it. Well, I didn't do the 40 miles per week.

CC stated what I was going to state, and that is the fact about rest. I'm no workout expert, but every workout expert to whom I've ever spoken has always stated that rest is important. In my workouts, I'd go about 6-8 weeks of hard work, then take a solid two weeks off. In my off days (from the ones listed above) I would do cardio. Basketball, run, etc.

Squats, overhead press, deadlifts 3 times a week.

You can thank me later.
