When did the infraction limit get reduced?

I'm not opposed to it as I felt it was almost impossible to reach it... now infractions actually mean a little more than a mere warning.

I agree. At 7, you give an infraction, it means little and you get PM'd by the person calling you a FAIL. At 4, you stand a good chance of getting rid of the bastard for a bit because guys like Society, CoA, Tiernan, Al, SYL, etc. tend to carpet-bomb the site with stupid bullshit all at once. Like, you won't see them for a day or two and then BOOM! 10 asshole posts in 30 minutes.

I like the reduction, for the reasons you guys stated above. Before, it wasn't even worth the effort, I don't think.
