During season(right now) I do lifts twice a week w practice handelling conditioning. Offseason I work out 6 days a week alternating styles of work outs.

Speaking of working out. Whats the deal with overweight personal trainers? I work out at the Urban Active in Hilliard and a good number of their trainers dont appear to be in very good shape

Just started week 2 of P90X. Made it 60 days last time but unfortunately had to stop in the middle of it. Love it.

Most nights, I walk from the living room to the kitchen and back many times. Each trip is followed by vigorous work with 12-ounce curls.

I dont get it. Most of the women personal trainers look like they are in shape. A couple of the male trainers look like they dont even workout

I went to the gym today and was there for 3 hours. I've missed that place.

haha yeah, some of the females were beasts. Not sure if she is still there but there was one with long curly dark hair who could easily give ncf a run for his money on the leg press.
