$50 for an energy audit (these usually cost about $500) and it includes a free low flow showerhead and programmable thermostat.
So you get two free things that can save a bit of money and you get to figure out how and where you could improve the efficiency of your home.

A little bit of weatherizing can pay huge dividends, especially in an older home. If there are programs out there, take advantage of them.
