I am currently in the market for a new HD tv, but I am unsure on what I need. I watch the big, slow big ten, so I am thinking of saving some money and going with the 120hz. I do however watch some SEC games and I am not sure if that refresh rate will keep up with the action....I need some opinions.

If you have a DVR go with the fastest tv you can buy, that way you can just hit fast forward on the Big Ten games and get a reasonably normal speed and go half speed on the SEC game so you don't have a seizure.

Stupid refresh rates above 120Hz are marketing gimmicks for thos ethat don't do research. The human eye can't really see the difference past 120 Hz. Google it.

Over your head a bit?
I for one only need to buy the 60Hz off of craigslist to watch Notre Dame.
