OK....let's face it...there's not much to get excited about today without a Buckeye game to keep us focused. But there are some games of interest that should keep us going until next weekend.
Here goes.....
Northwestern at Penn State - JoePa looks to win career victory number 400 and become bowl game eligible. Looks to be a good game. Gotta pull for the Nittany Lions in this one!
Iowa at Indiana - Can the Hoosiers pull off a huge upset? Naw...
Illinois at Michigan - Both teams are looking to go bowl game eligible with a win today. I think the Illini quiet yet another frustrated Big House crowd and RichRod takes more heat.
Maryland at Miami - The Hurricanes need a win to become bowl eligible and the Buckeyes need Miami to keep winning for strength of schedule purposes.
Wisconsin at Purdue - Can the Boilermakers do to Wisky what they did to the Buckeyes last season? Wouldn't that be nice?
Nebraska at Iowa State - Iowa State could help the Buckeyes by knocking the Huskers out of the Top 10, but I kinda want the Huskers to win the Big 12 before heading to the Big 10(12) next year.
Hawaii at Boise State - I think this will be a good game. Hawaii looks capable of pulling off an upset.
Alabama at LSU - I hate both SEC teams but I'm going to pull for LSU in this one.
TCU at Utah - The battle to see which MWC team gets to make the BCS gurus squirm. I'd like Utah to win.
Oklahoma at Texas A&M - I think the Sooners will get upset in this one.

After reading about Kyle Whittingham and the Utes this week in SI I am excited to see them play. Admittingly I haven't seen them play since they played in Ann Arbor a few years ago but it seems like they have a good, respectable program with some swagger.

Miami losing last week really hurt the Buckeyes. OSU's best win this year is Illi (ouch).
Channel wise, Boise and Hawaii is on at 3:30 on ESPNU and TCU and Utah is on at 3:30 at CBS Sports Channel

Yeah, Ohio State doesn't have that quality win this year. I'm looking forward to the TCU/Utah game, going to be a good one.
