Anyone out there know of any good resorts within a reasonable distance of Ohio? A few friends and I went to Seven Springs, PA last year and really enjoyed the resort. It was a big mountain with a lot of slopes and had a lot of different things to do. We were looking to try some place different this year, but I've had no luck looking these places up. I can't find anything over like 350' elevation. If anyone knows any good places please let me know. Thank you.

Check out Holiday Valley, NY or Snowshoe, WV.

Holiday Valley. Mardi Gras is one of the best/funniest slopes I've ever been on.

Never been to Peak-N-Peak, but I hear it's a nice day trip.

Both are in New York btw.

Peek n' Peak has less vertical than Holiday Valley but less crowds too. Kissing Bridge in the same general vicinity of these two ain't bad either.

Canaan Valley area in WVA is a nice area, plenty of other resorts within an hrs drive as well.
