Should be an interesting game as mccomb comes in at 10-0 and Sjcc enters at 9-1. Thoughts?

Don't know much about SJCC, but do know McComb has been VERY good this year. Weapons across the field...especially QB and WR...

For Sjcc they need to control the ball with bowman. If they try running sweeps against mccomb it could get ugly. Mccombs team speed will eat up the sweeps, Sjcc must run between the tackles and let bowman run wild

Arlington was able to run the ball for over 300 yards against McComb, I think SJCC will be able to do the same. The problem will be stopping the Panthers when they have the ball, they have a real good QB and a bunch of speedy wideouts. I don't know if St. Joe can score enough points to win the game. McComb is not big so SJCC will have a size advantage but playing in the MAL this season they have not seen a passing game like they'll see Friday night. As a MAL fan, I wish the Streaks and Warriors of Mohawk good luck in the playoffs. I think Mohawk will win (over Toledo Christian) but Fremont, you will have your hands full. McComb 35 SJCC 28 (Mohawk over Toledo Christian 42-21)

I agree... Sjcc needs to keep Mccombs offense off the field and make this a low scoring game to win this game. It will definitely be interesting come Friday night. I'm glad I can actually watch this game considering I live in Pa lol

If St. Joe can get a couple turnovers that would be big and they can't turn the ball over themselves. McComb is a lot like the old H-L teams (06 and 07)but they don't run it as well as Hopewell did. I like St. Joe's balance but I would power it at them as you suggested with Bowman. I'm either going to this game or Mohawk and Toledo Christian. Good Luck Streaks

I don't see Mohawk having any problems with tc. I would love to see Sjcc get another shot at Mohawk.

This should be an interesting game. Nobody is really giving SJCC a chance not even their own fans. One dumb*** on facebook basically called the offense a pee wee offense with only 4 plays. haha. He is a loser anyway but I think the players are starting to take all of the negativity personal and while that wont help them stop McComb it certainly has given them extra motivation to shut idiots saying stuff like that up. Unfortunately the seniors were on retreat for most of the week so hopefully that hasn't affected their preparation very much. St. Joe is definitely gonna have to use the ball control strategy to win because they can't afford to give McComb for a majority of the game. I think if St. Joe can come out and play the way they are capable of playing there is no doubt they can win this game.

The weather forecast sounds like it may help St. Joe (cold, rainy snow mix, and windy) St. Joe must protect the football and I would run Bowman at least 30 times and try to wear the defense of McComb down. They are not big but have good overall team speed. The panthers will not back down from a physical game, (I watched them play a very physical Carey team 2 years ago) and they hung right in to the end until a turnover and finally in the last few minutes could not stop the power running game. Again they are like the 2006 and 2007 H-L teams finesse offnese and tough, physical defense. Dee is a really good QB, (better than any in our League this season) with a couple really good receivers. I would agree with you rocketstreak that SJCC can win this game but they will need to play the best game they've played this year to do it. Good Luck Streaks

Bowman will see atleast 30 carries my guess would be around 40-45 carries. The weather sounds perfect for the streaks in this one.

What a joke of a game plan by Sjcc. This program will go no where with knisely and his 7th grade coaches. What a joke
