What sport? D-1 basketball, football, both? You can search by school/sport/state here: http://web1.ncaa.org/web_files/newmedia/public/rates/

I would also but it appears it's Notre Dame according to this recent press release by the USNA.

Highest Graduation Rates (All Sports/FBS Schools Only)
1. Notre Dame-99%
2. Duke-97%
Northwestern-97%
4. Navy-96%
Boston College-96%

They* did, however, only consider FBS schools.

They are different questions if you count schools without D1 football anyway.

since it's Flordia A&M followed by San Jose State and Oklahoma, do I get the money?

FYI the worst SEC school is 41st on the list (from the bottom). It's Tennessee.

the worst B10 school is 55th from the bottom (Michigan State).
