I remember when it first happened. If it was a man though it would be at least life but she is only facing 25-50 for 2nd degree murder and that is BS! She should be shaken to death!

just another reason to do away with this stupid fucking farmville. i can't imagine what goes through someone's head that justifies shaking a 3 year old to death for crying while you play a fucking game on the internet.

Reason really doesn't matter. She would have done it eventually. Shit, Farmville really can't be interrupted anyway. Sick psycho. I've been pretty angry about shit my kids do, but the thought to harm or kill them has never crossed my mind.

Shit like this pisses me off.

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year now. Happened once over the summer, but she had a miscarriage. Then you read shit like this about people who shouldn't even be allowed to have kids.

3 "month" old child. Not that it makes it any worse.

You're just mad at FarmVille because you couldn't get enough friends to buy quality crops. Get off our case, bish. :D

I could understand it if the kid's crying was interrupting a good Madden game or something...but Farmville? C'MON (wo)MAN!!!

What the hell is wrong with people? I have a 4 yr old and 19 month old and they can get me pissed off pretty quick with the fighting and what not but to even think about doing shit like this is truly fucked up

Just take her out. This is absolutely disgusting. I can't even fathom doing this to your child. That poor sweet child's last moments were of the one person who should ALWAYS protect you, killing you instead. Sickening.

For being the "epicenter" of white trash there sure are a lot of black people.

Maybe she was on the verge of earning a barrel of farm coins or a really cool mystery gift. In this case, infanticide was probably just. It is what it is.

Not really defending her--what she did was wrong--but as the parent of a 3-month old, I can understand that a sleep-deprived parent can easily become frustrated when a baby is screaming for no apparent reason for potentially hours on end. I have had times where I've had to put down the C-Monster and walk to another room, take a deep breath, and then come back. So I don't condone what she did (it's terrible, obviously), but I have sympathy for parents of little babies.

If that were the case though, do you think she should have been playing Farmville instead of calming her baby or even putting the baby down and walking away for a few minutes?

LOL, Nothing wrong with getting some every other day. My point is that many MANY good, quality people try so hard to have a child, but you have pieces of shit like this pop them out left and right and continue to do so. It's kind of a sick joke.

I have a little 10 week old girl, and can't imagine doing something like this.

I love playing video games, and played at least 4-5 hours a week for the past few years (many many more hours per week growing up), I've probably played 5-10 hours or so in the 10 weeks since her birth. I still love to play, but I'd much rather play with her after work than play video games, and try to get some games in late at night after mom and the baby are sleeping. I tried to play once with her on my lap, it didn't work out too well, so I shut everything down and played on the floor with her...No biggie.

I do understand the frustration of a crying baby (especially at 3am), but there is no good reason to shake/hurt a baby...I don't care how much they're crying or interrupting what you were doing.

I also never understood how shaking a baby was going to silence them in the first place, well except by injury or death!
