Finish the 3rd quarter up by 27....they must have heard me. We'll see how they protect this lead. Bosh finally stepping up, keeping them comfortable.

Has there ever been a team with multiple triple double in one game? The Big Three all have a shot at a one tonight. Through 3 quarters: LBJ: 16/8/9, Bosh 35/6/4, Wade 17/6/6.

LeBron is close. The others arent very close to one. Bosh is way off pace.

I agree it isn't likely, especially with Bosh and assists, but its certainly not impossible. And the question still stands, has any team ever had 2 in the same game?

I'm going to assume you just tuned in when you read ffl's post about blowing the lead, but they were up by as many as 37 tonight. The fans started filing out once Bosh, LBJ, and Wade were replaced by a bunch of Titos about 2 minutes into the 4th.

Middle of the 2nd quarter, Heat was extending the lead and the place was 1/2 empty.

that is another thing that windy was talking about. He said that people are not purchasing the expensive lower level seats. And they are running promos on radio stations...whining about people arriving late to the games.

OK not exactly half empty, but you could definitely tell there were TONS of seats empty.

But then again, Miami is known for that.

It was pretty empty at the start of the game as well. Miami is a bad sports town. The fans dont get out and support their teams. Dan Lebatard said that Miami fans dont deserve the "Big 3" after Judas made his decision

What level is that? Using factual support? That's the level you should be at.

I will admit I did tune in around that time, but that is even worse. You can't stay to see your team finish off the win? Anyway, it doesn't seem like my post was far fetched, as other posters are claiming the crowd was pathetic as well.

This isn't the first game where the crowd was this pathetic. There are too many examples that prove Florida fans let alone Miami fans are a complete joke.

Eric Gordon with back to back 30 point games.

The young guys for the Clippers are playing really well right now, but they have no direction and no leadership to teach them to win. Really struggling in the W/L department.

Only thing holding them back is the lack of leadership IMO. The talent is obviously there.

I agree. EJ is my favorite player in the NBA right now and so I have been following the Clips really closely this year. For the first time, they are in almost every game, and lose it in the fourth quarter. They can play with anyone, and talent wise are better than quite a few teams, but they dont know how to close. They dont know their roles yet. They dont know when to push it and slow it down late in games and they dont know who to get the ball too in crunch situations.

It also doesnt help that their best player right now on offense is EJ, and he isnt a great ball handler and he is running point in end of game situations. He is also too good of a teammate and passes too much. He needs to learn that killer instinct and attach, which is coming, but it isnt there yet.
