I wonder if he will be cut right away like the last Colts player that was arrested for public intoxication its not like the Colts need a punter anyway just let Manning go for it on 4th.

Yes. Especially since right after the paragraph of him asking if he could walk home, the next line is...

Officers said they had to help McAfee stand up after giving him a breath alcohol test.

That kinda says he probably can't walk home.
