OK, it is now up to the Ohio Chatter to develop a driving course for teenagers. What are some every day road rules that you feel these teenagers should be taught, that perhaps you don't see them completing well today.

(Basically, what are your pet peeves about teenage drivers that you wish they did better?)

1. Cutting corners when turning. I almost got swiped twice this morning by teenage drivers making left handed turns, not staying in their designated (invisible) turning plane.

They are taught the correct things. They just don't do them. Much like older drivers too.

Kids need to learn the Pedestrian Point Scale, so they know which ones to target for maximum scoring. Old people are slow and non-challenging, so while it's easy and fun to run them down, that should not translate into major point rewards. Go for the joggers and such, who have the fitness to make things challenging.

Double bonus points for Mormons because it is public service.

Girls need to keep their phones in their pockets. Boys need to learn how to drive in a straight line while getting head.

Bongs should be used when stationary, but in a pinch, use ice instead of water. No one likes the smell of spilled bong water in a car...

- I have my own stereo system/radio I don't need for you to advertise your music to me and everyone else waiting at the light. Turn down your fart box bass for your stereo and focus on the road.

- If you see an idiot cyclist riding his/her bike in the middle of the road and slowing traffic, be sure to hit him/her. You are 16 years old, you won't be tried as an adult. This is your chance to send a message to these idiots who put everyone's lives in danger, because they think they are lance armstrong. Once you turn 18, be sure to spread the message to your other 16-17 year old hs buddies.

Be sure to learn the finer points of road rage and exercise them daily. Tailgate left lane squatters, speed up to prevent drivers from cutting ahead of you when there is a semi in their lane, flip off old people who turn far too fucking slow.
