Who would you start when Vick is healthy? Who do you sign long term? I believe the Eagles gave Kolb 2 years this being his first and Vick is a free agent after this season.

Kolb. Vick style doesnt work in the NFL. He can be successful but not take you over the top imo, but Kolb is more a prototypical NFL QB and can be a QB who can take a team to glory.

not so sure...Vick's passing has been every bit as good as Kolb. Kolb was tremendous Sunday....but needs to repeat it IMO next week to get more shots over Vick.

Personally, I'd let Vick heal 95% before I played him....but making the opponent prepare for two different QBs....with one of them being Vick is ideal IMO.

If Kolb is solid next week I'd start whoever is the best matchup for the opposing defense.

If you go that route, than Vick should have to prove himself over Kolb. Cause Kolb has been the better passer more games than Vick.

this year the passing stats between the two have basically been a wash, but Vick gives the defensives fits because they also have to compensate for him being able to take off and run the ball. Id go with Vick when hes fully healthy for this year

I would go Vick as well. Long term I think I stick with Kolb but see if I can deal Vick for a 3rd or 4th round pick after the season kinda like the Patriots did with Cassel. I know Vick is a free agent but if you can trade for him you might be able to get him cheaper since you have the first chance to offer him a contract instead of open bidding.

You Play Vick this season in hopes a Buffalo, Jacksonville, or Oakland will trade a 3 rounder for him for next years draft. Their are a lot of teams that could use Vick, the Eagles just don't need him.

Vick's injury = result of his playing style
Kolb's injury = bad luck

With that said, I just don't think you can rely on Vick over the course of a season to be your starter because of the style of football he plays. Kolb is the prototypical QB and obviously Reid thinks highly enough of him to ship off McNabb. I know Vick played brilliantly, but he has a career of inconsistencies and I just think that he levels off in time.
