Finished?
Probably have to go about 9-2 the rest of the way, at least.

I'm definitely glad they aren't doing well. Having the Super Bowl in Dallas is pretty crappy I think especially when they had a chance to be in it.

As a Cowboys fan, they do too much TO LOSE rather than doing enough to win.

The Cowboys are harmless. Could care less if they were 1-4 or 5-0. I would be in favor of a few other teams in this league being at 1-4 not Dallas

Jerry just might take over the coaching job himself.

Wade Phillips is a joke, but everyone other than Jerry Jones has known that for a few years now.
The only thing that could have been better than a 1-4 Wade Phillips team is a 1-4 Brett Favre team. I wanted so badly for them both to lose.
On a side note, I used to like Miles Austin, but what an absolute moron.

Getting a celebration penalty a week after a celebration penalty cost them the game.

You are 1-3 and fighting for your lives and you want to do a leap frog in the end zone? It's one thing for the Jets to do it when they are 4-1, but there is obviously turmoil in Dallas and you want to celebrate it?

LOL, uh, every NFL player celebrates a TD. Who cares?
I don't even like Dallas (like, at all) but I find nothing wrong with that.

I agree that Miles Austin looked foolish celebrating when they were 1-3 and even more foolish because his antics caused a penalty. Uh, dude you guys just lost a game because of a celebration penalty!
However, the NFL seems like it is a little "too" serious about celebration penalties this year.

road ahead for Dallas:
N.Y. Giants
Jacksonville
at Green Bay
at NY Giants
Detroit
Let's say they win three straight -- Giants, Jags and Packers -- no easy feat, and then lose at the Giants and beat Detroit. So a 4-1 stretch.
They would be 5-5 at Thanksgiving
but they play New Orleans on Thanksgiving and then play at Indianapolis the following week
unless they can make the wild card at 9-7 they're probably done

It honestly looked like a spur of the moment thing. It wasnt planned or anything. I didnt think those were penalties?

1. Dallas losing makes me smile.
2. The Austin penalty was just stupid. Hell, I was visiting my mom, who's as oldschool as they get, yesterday and she thought the flag was unnecessary. If she thinks a celebration penalty SHOULDN'T have been called, it really was an unnecessary flag.
