FOSTORIA -- Fostoria built a 14-7 lead after the first quarter but buckled as Galion defeated the Redmen 54-33 in a Northern Ohio League football game Friday.
Fostoria is still searching for its first win with a record of 0-8 overall, 0-5 NOL while Galion is 5-3, 3-2 NOL.
Adonis Cousin scored on rushes of 15 and 1 yards for the Redmen. Trevon Tucker scored on a 55-yard interception return and on a 7-yard rush while Jordan Settles slipped in on a 3-yard carry.
Galion's David Nay scored on an 8-yard run, 79-yard kickoff return and 47-yard fumble return. Chad McCay connected with Dareiah Watkins on a 53-yard TD pass and scored on rushes of 1, 5 and 1 yards while Tim Dees recorded a 30-yard interception return.
