It depends, Just because Capone or CoA said something retarded doesn't mean people have to respond by calling them a cunt flap. It was the second person's choice to resort to name calling in that case.

Now, if the typical retards name call first, and then they respond with name calling, I get it.

Eh, I disagree... if the troll is saying something dumb (as is normally the case) and someone calls them a relatively harmless name I let it go completely. If it's a bit harsh such as a cunt or douchebag then I give a verbal warning. If it's unacceptable and derogatory such as "faggot" or completely over the top as "fucking cunt bitch ass mother fucker." Then I'd give a warning and hide the post.

It's all relative when we're dealing with Capone, CoA, Sleeper, etc.
