I know Amazon is a good place to find them. What is the other website that gets mentioned on here for buying cables?? Thanks in advance.

I check out pricegrabber.com. Or something else to compare prices like that.

Another one I checked out was Cables-To-Go or something like that.

They use the same quality cables and will check with you and make sure you received your item and that it is working out for you and it's what you needed.

They sent me the wrong converter, just told me to keep it and sent me the correct one. Their customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced

Call them. I know they build most of their cables.

I use monoprice for all of my cables. Best website around, IMO.

I've never need any customer service at monoprice. So that says a lot.

Not really. Their customer service has contacted me to make sure what I ordered was working out for me when I order specialty stuff.

Yeah, I've never needed customer service from monoprice either. I'll check out firefold but I think great customer service is overrated when you never need them anyway.

Are these the cables that you buy to make your 360 play dvds in 720p & up? I know when I first got my new TV I was kinda ticked when it put the movies back down to like 420p?? or whatever

I don't think that's true. When you are ordering specialty items it's great to have them contact you and make sure it's what you needed.

Also, their cables are cheaper to begin with at Firefold.

What is shipping like on firefold?

I don't really order any specialty items, though. Just regular old cables.

"Yes I just ordered a 3' HDMI cable but I need to return it because it's too short"
"why should I care? not my problem"

Yeah, no one cares about customer service
