Interesting move by the Red Sox owners. L'pool is in way over their heads and need a total restructure. These guys might be the guys to do it.

It wont affect the Red Sox. But it might help soccer become more relevant and covered more!

If nothing else it means Liverpool would probably play some preseason matches around Boston. More interested to see how the owners would get Liverpool out of the mess they're in now.

Spend money, but hire someone with the knowledge of who the RIGHT players are to sign. Not that they will do so, but its the best way.

I figured it would affect the Red Sox since the owners have to focus their attention and money on two teams now. It definitely would be interesting to see a soccer match at Fenway.

They just had one last year between Celtic and Sporting. I could definitely see L'pool coming over and doing one there.
