Any smaller schools out there having trouble getting the numbers out to field a team? It seems like football, after losing some interest 5-10 years ago is making a resergence and affecting the soccer numbers. Anyone else experiencing this?

Start getting at the youth leagues and other rec leagues in the area. It starts with them.
Have camps. Have the high schoolers have an impact on the little ones. Try to build it from the ground up.
