WAYNESFIELD — Waynesfield-Goshen scored 30 first half points and the Tigers beat Fostoria St. Wendelin 36-14 in Northwest Central Conference action.

St. Wendelin (3-2 overall, 1-1 NWCC) scored its first points in the third quarter when Austin Reinhart tossed a 72-yard bomb to Eli Hipsher.

Hipsher then threw a touchdown pass covering 75 yards to Alex Shontz to finish out the Mohawks scoring.

Waynesfield-Goshen, the defending NWCC champions, improve to 3-3, 2-1.
