SHERWOOD — Fairview darted out to a 35-3 halftime edge and breezed past GMC foe Holgate, 54-15.
Brock Mosier, Luke Kuhn and Andy Guilford combined to complete 17 of the Apaches’ 26 passing attempts for 273 yards and six touchdowns.
Guilford also hauled in a handful of passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns, while also scoring on a 42-yard run. Willy Flanary scored three times on his four receptions and Matt Tobin added the TD for the 2-4 overall Apaches (2-1 GMC).
Holgate (0-6, 0-3 GMC) was limited to 92 yards rushing on 41 attempts. Reed Waisner had three catches for 51 yards, while Mitchell Gonzalez Mitchell Gonzalez and Ryan Aelker scored the Tigers’ touchdowns.
