Ty Webb is a mentally handicapped kid, who used to be named Gibby on here. Nothing he posts should be taken all that seriously as even turning on a computer is a challenge for him, it'd be crazy to expect him to be able to type out intelligent posts as well.

After looking at the thread in the quote I kinda feel bad for that gibby character. But then I remember what a colossal ass he is. I bet he might be the stereotype internet troll. A kind of goofy kid that probably got picked on in high school and just nerd rages on internet forums.
