Who are you taking? The Jets will be Revis-less but outside of Marshall the Dolphins really don't have any offensive weapons for Henne so his absence won't hurt too much. Cromartie has covered Marshall well in his career when they were both in the AFCW. The Dolphins also are without Ginn who was the difference maker last season in the Dolphins two wins. The Dolphins have a decent defense but the offense is pretty pedestrian and will have trouble putting up points on the Jets D.

I'm predicting a 17-10 win for the Jets.

And because there are some Dolphins fans on here:

I went with the Jets but I wouldn't be shocked if the Dolphins pull it out.

I'll take the Jets 10-7. Did the Jets turn Sanchez loose a little bit in the NE game??

Sanchez really took a big step last week in a bounce back game. He looked awful against Baltimore and really came out and looked confident. I expect more of the same and the Jets win by 10.

Jet's self proclaimed superfan "Fireman Ed" has been charged with assault for pushing a Giant's fan who was trying to start a Giant's cheer in Fireman Ed's section. Fireman Ed has received thousands of supporting calls on NY Sports Radio this morning. It will be tough to convict a fireman (which he actually is) in NJ (where Jets / Giants stadium is located).

I want the Jets I think, but I got a hunch the Phins pull it out.

Did you see the video of the incident? It was nothing more than two jackasses pushing each other. The fact that the Giants fan is suing him is both hilarious and depressingly sad.

Didn't see the video but met Fireman Ed once at a tailgate at the Meadowlands when OSU played BC of all things. He's a solid dude, don't know I'd go shoving him around on his own turf .

Funny thing is the Giants fan was arrested that night and is banned from the stadium.

Not sure what he could win in a lawsuit, but from what I've heard on the radio today, fireman Ed is a complete jerk and had it coming. And when you put your hands on another like that, you never know what people might do, which is sad.

With that said, I'm sure that video is the key piece of evidence and I don't know if that alone would be enough to be considered "assault" or not.

Surprisingly, I was impressed with Sanchez in his last outing. He looked good.

If Ed is guilty of assault so is the other guy.

ernest_t_bass and I have a delayed sig on the game. Once the Reds season is over the loser will have to sport an avatar of the winners choosing for a week.

For a week? What's the point? Go through the end of the season.

Also, I want to see the Jets win as long as Ricky Williams scores a couple TDs.

No, no terms set yet. I agreed on betting on the later game. But if you want to bet on this game, I'm cool with that. Loser sports avatar until the next game, then same bet for the next game? (of course, avatar not changed until Reds are out).

I wanted to put some action on this but couldn't decide.

Not sure what the Dolphins are all about this year.
