WAPAKONETA -- A week after Ottawa-Glandorf picked up its biggest win of the season, the tables were turned as Wapakoneta surged past Ottawa-Glandorf 42-21 with a big fourth quarter Friday night in Western Buckeye League action.

Wapakoneta (4-1 overall, 3-1 WBL) scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to clinch the win.

Connor Pickens (2 yards), Cale Tabler (23 yards) and Kyle Gibson (1 run) each scored fourth-quarter rushing touchdowns for the Redskins.

Gibson connected with Greg Stoll on passes of 26 and 10 yards for Wapakoneta's first two touchdowns and Logan Erb bulled in from two yards away in the third.

Logan Erb (134 yards) and Connor Pickens (114) combined for 248 of the Redskins 362 rushing yards.

Nathan Kahle ran for a 34-yard touchdown and hit Tristan Parker for a 33-yard strike. Adam Hershberger returned an interception 58 yards for the Titans' other score.

Kahle was 13 of 20 passing for 171 yards, but threw three interceptions for Ottawa-Glandorf (4-1, 3-1).

WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta upset state-ranked Ottawa-Glandorf 42-21 to move into a tie for first place in the Western Buckeye League.

Wapak (3-1, 4-1 WBL) had the ground game working as Logan Erb had 134 yards on 22 carries while Conner Pickens added 114 yards on 20 carries.

O-G (3-1, 4-1 WBL), number two in Ohio in Division IV, lost two fumbles and was intercepted three times.
