SYCAMORE -- Kyle Parker threw three touchdown passes Friday night to lead Mohawk to a 30-0 whitewashing of Hopewell-Loudon in Midland Athletic League action.
Parker connected on scoring tosses of 25 yards and 28 yards to Caleb Coil and hit Chad Shellhouse with a 15-yard scoring strike as the Warriors improved to 4-1 on the year and 2-0 in the MAL. Hopewell-Loudon slipped to 4-1 overall and 1-1 in league play.
Coil, who rushed for 125 yards on the night, also scored on a 1-yard run and the Warriors tallied a safety in the first quarter. Shellhouse booted all four extra points.
Tyler Tyree rushed for 27 yards on 19 carries and threw for 81 yards with two interceptions for the Chieftains, who were held to 135 total yards.
