Brady Vaught rushed 17 times for 214 yards and had four touchdowns to lead Liberty-Benton to a 54-0 victory over Vanlue Friday in a Blanchard Valley Conference football game.
The Eagles are now 3-2 overall and 3-1 in the BVC while the Wildcats fall to 2-3, 1-3 BVC.
Vaught scored on rushes of 16, 18, 19 and 42 yards. Zac Cramer, a wide receiver turned quarterback, hooked up with Seth Davis on a 14-yard score and then connected with Eric Stanton on a 9-yard TD pass.
Larry Lauger scored on a 36-yard run and Joel Bell returned a kickoff 92 yards for a score.
Liberty-Benton’s Cramer completed 4 of 5 passes for 43 yards and Lauger had three rushes for 52 yards.
Dillon Kliesch completed 10 of 27 passes for 48 yards with three interceptions for Vanlue and Jeremy Javersak had 13 carries for 46 yards.
