Which NFL head coaches are on the hotseat already? Who's the first one fired?
My pick is between Mangini and Wade Phillips.

I will say Phillips. He has been on the hot seat for a.couple of seasons and Big Jerry is aways ready to pull the trigger. Mangini is safe for a few weeks because firing him too soon makes Holgrem will look like a fool for retaining him.

Wade Phillips. Should have been fired after not taking a knee before the half last week lol.

Gotta believe the seat is getting really hot down in Dallas. Starting 0-2 can't sit well with Jerry.

Eric Mangini and John Fox can't feel too good about where they're sitting right now either. They both had to know coming into the season that they needed their teams to finish well to keep their jobs.

I think it's safe to add Tom Coughlin to the list.

Singletary should be on a short leash, Maybe Cable, but with Al Davis as the owner that's not even relevant.

SF fired their offensive coordinator today thus keeping Singletaty safe for another week.

I never saw how SF was projected to be as good as many thought.
Coughlin and Del Rio be at the top of the list.

I watched the Jacksonville game yesterday. They are horrible. Del Rio should be worried.

I think primarily because of how bad their division is. They were considered more of a "cream of the crap" good, as opposed to a legit good. At least that's what I hope people were thinking when projecting them.

Yeah, I think they were considered the shiniest turd in that division with the Rams having a rookie QB, the Sea Chickens having a new HC and the Cardinals having Derek Anderson as their starting QB.

I never understood the fascination with Singletary? Sure they had a good year last year, but the team actually has some talent, so one could say that they actually underachieved. They have a great TE, good receiver in Crabtree, above average RB and the best LB in football. Plenty of pieces for them to excel.

Plus, doesn't he stand on the sideline with a stop watch around his neck? Does he not know that there are clocks all around the stadium?

Unfortunately that doesn't always mean a lot when you have a craptastic QB.

He was elite but injuries and such have dropped him down quite a few pegs, IMO. Still a very good back.

I think he's a very good back, but probably not a top 10 back in the NFL.

Spin off, top RB's:
Guys who I'd take over Gore
A. Peterson
C. Johnson
M. Turner
R. Mendenhall
A. Foster
M. Jones-Drew

Guys in the same class:
D. McFadden
T. Jones
S. Jackson
R. Rice
