This reminds me of a few years back; a Bellaire kid did pretty much the same thing to a kid from Mooney at Steubenville.
I know the Bellaire kid was Dustin Bruce, can't remember the Mooney kid... Maybe McCarthy (?) anybody remember?

The very first frame of the video shows the official signalling false start. The play would have been dead prior to Jones planting Bradshaw into the grass.
