really questionable decision by Kubiak

passed up a 53-yard FG just a moment ago

that's a long kick but in the NFL usually a range where you attempt to try and win the game

Texans driving again

going to be tough for the Redskins to win this with the clock down to about 5:30

might be a Texans win or tie

Obviously it worked out, but that is huge kick for Rackers - who kicked in much better weather in Phoenix. If anything Kubiak should have gone for the 1st down the way Schaub was playing - Rackers' success % at that length and that situation is low, and yeah he makes it they win - but if he misses the Skins have great field position. At least a punt can back them up (although it was a crappy punt).

Hate that coaches are allowed to wait until the snap and call a TO AND then the kick still be made

If a team did that to me on a long FG......I'd fake the next play and burn their asses

Texans are 2-0 with the Cowboys and Raiders up next. Possible 4-0 or 3-1 without Cushing....that is much better than anyone would have thought

Same. It cost the Browns a playoff spot in 07.
