Before last weeks game and is fined $5,000 ..... But for some reason that is a lot less than what Chad OchoCinco got fined for using twitter during a PRE-SEASON game that don't matter and he was already done playing and got hit with a $25,000 fine. Something just seems a little off balance with the fines here.

Maybe it has something to do with Ochocinco getting fined many times before....

Chad did it during the game, Darnell did it before the game started, that might be the reasoning. Also Chad has broke this rule before.

Recurring infractions result in higher penalties. If the punishment doesn't work, increase the punishment.
