In no particular order.
Breaking Bad
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Leverage
Madmen
Rescue Me
White Collar
I have not gotten into Sons of Anarchy, but I have heard that it is very good. I recently started watching Terriers on FX, but I haven't formed an opinion yet.I have not been able to catch Rubicon on AMC. Is anyone a fan?

Pretty much all those shows you named...plus The League (season premiere is tonight as well) on FX
My Boys on TBS, kinda corny, but I watch it
Jersey Shore
Man V. Food
Bert the Conquerer
Build it Bigger, or pretty much every show on HD Theater and Discovery Channel

cable tv is killing the big 4 networks IMO, they continually put out crap and the likes of USA, TNT, FX keep putting out really good or at least better programs then them.
Sons OF Anarchy - best on tv right now
White Collar
Leverage

Always Sunny
Sons of Anarchy
The League
Terriers (I liked the premiere and will probably watch all season)
Covert Affairs (I wish they took the plots more than 1 episode long, I think it would add to the show..but I enjoyed season 1 for a summer show)
Real World (if Im bored)
Used to watch all the Man vs Wild but now that he has to show us how he is setting it all up it isnt as entertaining. It was a much better show before that.
Man vs Food is great as well, but I dont make a point to watch the new episodes. Usually just catch the show when its on late night.

Psych- I still watching the summer season on DVR and it is the funniest season to date.
White Collar- What will happen with Mozzy? I think he will be ok, the show would suffer without him.
Leverage- Still have a couple episodes left from the summer season, but maybe my favorite show, cable or network.
Covert Affairs- Enjoying the first season so far.
I'm looking forward to Terriers, haven't watched it yet though.
I also watch MvF and Bert.

Those are Premium Channels. Not Cable TV.
But, speaking of Premium Channels, who else cant wait for Boardwalk Empire this Sunday?
