Although, they do have the "right" technically to smoke outside in public, many "fringe" characters choose to do so. This clearly puts millions of people in danger, that would not have to be.

I think we just need to protest these heinous acts and make a movement to stop this. We want to be careful not to give them to much media attention, as it may encourage others.

Smokers are assholes. It's bad enough that they kill themselves but their goddamn smoke kills others. This is especially bad for people like me who have breathing problems. Second-hand smoke makes me very ill. No one has the "right" to poison me like this.

The dangers associated with exposure to SHS is basically an exaggeration and unproven. It is all about dosage levels.

Not illegal, just not encouraged. We do not want to endanger our innocent babies and children, and smoking outdoors around them could cause them to have cancerous issues.
We do not want to encourage such behavior, these people are nuts and should be feared.

ok and walking around naked in public isnt dangerous to anyone either, but no one wants to see my naked ass walking around just like they dont want to be smelling someone's cigarette smoke.

I think I might have to take up smoking again just to call myself a fringe human. Someone would start bitching at me because I blew smoke RIGHT IN THE FACE of their infant and I'd be like, "I'm a fringe human, babe...half man and half awesome, bitch!" I can SMELL my life taking a dramatic turn for the better!
