Not much talk on this game! It should be a good one, IMO. Both teams like to pass a lot (obviously), and both defenses have been suspect at times. Being at Triway, I'll go with the home team. Whoever loses could be in a tough spot for making the playoffs with Manchester looming later in the season, still. Although both teams can beat the Panthers, it makes it a more desperate and daunting task to get into the postseason.

I just heard that Triway had school canceled today, most likely due to the tornado(es) that touched down yesterday and lack of power in many areas. I'm pretty sure the game is still on, though.

Update: I just heard back from the AD. School is canceled because of mass power outages throughout the district. The school, however, DOES have power. It sounds as if there were no damages to the school and that the game is on as scheduled. I will keep everyone updated if I hear otherwise.

Here we go, Titans! It's time to bust out and show people of what we are capable on BOTH sides of the ball! If our defense can play like they did against West Holmes or in spurts against Orrville, we can get this game running away. But if Tuslaw is able to eat us up like Waynedale did late, we could be in trouble. Either team can win, but I'm going with my Titans!

Well, Triway looked impressive tonight in their 29-6 win over Tuslaw. We were physical on defense and got to their QB a few times early, holding them to only 2 pass attempts in the first HALF! In a game between two pass-happy teams, the game flew by! Triway controlled time of possession with around 20 first downs to Tuslaw's 7 or 8. It was a solid performance overall and one we can build upon. Great game, Titans!

A great game. I was nervous going in wasn't sure if we would be able to slow down that Tuslaw offense. Triway came out quick and silenced my fears.

Both O and D lines dominated tonight.
