Josh Tomlin toes the rubber for the Lake Erie Warriors. The Tribe holds a 1 game lead over the Mariners....and 4 games over the Orioles for Rock Bottom AL.

The good news...somebody is going to get a win!
But, if I had to watch this game...I think I'd punch myself in the face!( Did someone already say that?)

Try not to blow this Manny.

Doug Fister has a 1 hitter going through 5 innings. Kind of hard for me to believe he chose baseball over pornography with a name like that.

Russel Branyan, Sin Soo Choo and Travis Hafner, knocked in all the runs last nite as the Tribe thrashed the Mariners 6-3.

Do you think it hurts Seattle when we come to town and they see Choo and Cabrera in the middle of our order and then they have to watch their putrid offense? Last night especially had to be a punch in the gut.

Tribe getting no hit thru 6. It would only be fitting for this to happen.

That was me. The tribe did play great baseball for a month after the All Star break. Unfortunately, the law of averages began catching up to them.

BRF tip of the hat to C. Perez for another 4 out save last night. Gomez "Addams" to fire the pill for the good guys in a little bit. DiBiasio is interviewing Chuck Tanner and they say that he played for the Tribe. Anybody in the 50 and Over Club remember this? I just heard the answer.
